Navy Bean Flour
Perfect for adding nutrition to your existing Gluten-Free blend. Add up to 20% for more nutrition, texture and flavor. Mrs. Glee's Navy Bean flour is de-flavored to provide a neutral taste, but adding nutrition. NOTE: not to be as a straight gluten-free flour. Needs to be added with other flours and baking ingredients.

The whole bean flour is milled from the best Michigan grown beans sourced from a facility that only processes dry beans (i.e. no soybeans) They are milled using a unique process to minimize the bean flavor and effects.

 

The whole navy bean flour can be used to replace up to 50% of wheat flour or any gluten free blend to provide more nutrition.

 

Ingredient: Whole non-GMO Navy Beans

 

Available Package Sizes: 2-lbs, 10-lbs, 25-lbs and larger upon request.
